Normally this does not mean wholesale changes to your operations as you'll almost certainly already be meeting some of the ISO 9001 requirements.  A gap analysis will be carried out at the start of the project and any identified gaps will be closed during the project to leave you with an ISO 9001 quality management system that supports your business and is easy to use and maintain.
